Application and Properties: |
OP 120 TT is an
aglomerated floride-basic type flux for welding of
general structural steels, boiler and pipe steels. Due
to it's manganese pick-up, there is an extended field of
application for low manganese wire electrodes. OP 120 TT
is outstanding for tandem, multi-wire and twin wire
welding and delivers a weld metal having excellent
toughness properties and crack resistance. OP 120 TT is
suitable to be employed on either DC, positive pole, or
AC up to 1000 A. Basicity Index: approx. 3.1 Basicity
Index : 3.1 |
