Application and Properties: |
Electrode for joining and
surfacing of pure copper and alloys. Suitable for
surfacing welds on steel. Possible to use with DCEP. For
this application, the initial runs should be welded at
the lowest possible amperage. To obtain the typical
mechanical properties , preheat the workpiece to 350˚C
and maintain this heat throughout the welding operation.
Clear and easy to observe molten pool, stable arc. Easy
slag removal. |
