FERROCITO
Covered electrode for Welding Unalloyed and Low-alloy Steels
Thick Rutile Covering
Standards: EN 499 E 42 0 RR 73
DIN 1913 E 51 32 RR 11 160
AWS/ASME SFA-5.1 E 7024
TS 563 E 51 32 RR 160 11
Application and Properties:

Heavy coated, rutile type high efficiency electrode having a weld metal recovery of appx. 165%. Is prefered for economically filling of large weld sections and long fillets. Produces very smooth, concave and clean welds, merging into base metal without undercuts. Suitable for welding prepainted and galvanized plates. Easy arc striking and restriking. Slag is self-releasing in most cases.
