Pattex Universal Mix is suitable for gluing metal, marble, ceramics, glass, stone, wood, leather and plastics.
Special Features
-There is no excess usage with the dosage applicator of Pattex Universal Mix.
-Overpaintable.
-It can cure even in thick layers and at low temperatures.
-Pattex Universal Mix can bond different kinds of material (except polyethylene, polypropylene and paper).
-Resistable to aging.
-Do not conduct electricity.
-As it can be overpainted, can be used for filling holes, cracks etc. (wooden furniture, etc).
-Heat resistance from -40°C to 120 °C.
Technical Data
- Resistable to water and temperatures from -40°C and +120 °C.
- Pattex Universal Mix applied material can be used after 20 minutes.
- Exact curing is after 2 hours. Wait 6 hours for maximum strength. As the temperature gets hotter, the curing time is longer.
- Should not be applied at temperatures less than 5°C and more than 35°C. In order to shorten the curing time, it can be located near a temperature source (radioheater, oven, etc.).
Surface Preparation
Materials to be bonded should be dry, free of grease and dust. Laminated surfaces must be sanded. Metal surfaces have to be cleaned with benzine.
Application
Surfaces must be clean, dry and without grease. Cut the two nibs of the dosage applicator. Carefully mix equal amounts of the components by pushing the pistons. This mixture can only be used for 5 minutes at 23°C. Apply a thin layer of the mixture to the both sides of the material. Glue both sides and keep together for a few minutes. Applied material can be used after 20 minutes. Wait 6 hours for maximum strength. Clean the excess glue immediately and wash your tools after each application. Clean the two nibs of the dosage applicator and close tightly with its special cap. Always store Pattex Universal Mix in a vertical position.

Important Notes
Pattex Universal Mix contains flammable solvents. Therefore it can be dangerous for skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, rinse with water and soap. Consult a doctor if there is a contact with eyes. Keep away from the reach of children. |
