Surface Preparation
Substrate must be clean, free of dirt, grease and dust.
Application
Project adjacent surfaces with tape or plastic film. Moisten substrates and freshly extruded foam for best results. For multi-layer application,moistn each layer. Shake can vigorously 20 times. Screw nozzle onto valve. Hold can upside down with tube pointing onto spray surfaces. Apply economically, as foam will expand to roughly 21/2 times the original extruded volume. If partly used, place moistened matchstick into valve. For reuse, pull out matchstick and ensure that nozzle and tube are free of cured foam.
Cleaning The Equipment
Use acetone to remove excess uncured and to clean nozzle and valve.

Storage
15 months if stored in a cool and dry place at 20 0C. Higher temperatures.
Important Notes
Contains diphenylmethane 4,4' diisocyanate. Keep away from children. Harmful if inhaeld. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate container or store at temperatures over 50 0C. Avoid contact with combustible material. |
