FLAP DISCS

Flap discs are designed for use on portable grinders and sanders , and are an increasingly popular alternative to sanding discs.
They may even become the preferred option to depressed centre grinding discs , especially on light gauge sheet metal or stainless steel where the finished important.
These new discs are not only strong and safe but , since no backing pad is required , you can fit them straight onto your machine .

Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs

The Aluminium Oxide and Zirconia Aluminium flap discs with plastic backing have the DSA Approval .
We may supply the flap discs with your own label for the quantities over 100.000 in each order.

Althouhg it works best ongently contoured or flat surfaces , the flap discs have overhanging cloth abrasive which extends beyond the backing plate .This means that the flap disc is more effective than a conventional sanding disc in sanding tight corners .
