High silver containing copper-phosphour alloy brazing filler metal, showing thin flowing characteristics. High ductility even at low temperatures. Suitable for capillary brazing and braze-welding of copper-copper joints which are subjected to severe loading. Used in capillary brazing and braze welding of copper, gun metal, Cu-Zn and Cu-Sn alloys. No flux is required for carrying out brazing on copper; flux must be used on copper alloys. Brazed workpieces operate at temperatures up to 150°C. Unsuitable for use in sulphurous environments, as well as on Fe and Ni alloys. Widely used in production of heat exchanger, radiator, thermosyphon, heating systems, air condition, refrigerator, deep frizer, ligthing systems, decorative furnitures, electromotors, coils and pipings, subjected to vibrations and severe alternating thermal stress.
